ABOUT ME

Carol was born in Beirut, Lebanon, and raised in Michigan. She then moved to the Phoenix, Arizona area in 2013 where she began her Career in Hospitality.

She has been lucky enough to have a lot of career progression within the industry from Hostess and Server and catering chef to working across the bar and the floor in supervisory and management positions. She generally oversees the running of the shift but her true passion is “Rocking the cocktail station”!
Carol is someone who welcomes you into her venue with genuine warmth and makes you feel “looked after” while you are there. This is equally true whether in a restaurant, a neighborhood dive, a birthday or graduation party, a wedding, or a company get together .
Carol is a charismatic, highly organized, trustworthy and enthusiastic bartender who offers
private bar service that boasts the ” Classics” as well as beer, wine, and her own innovative signature cocktails!
